The installation of an automated warehouse supposes a great reduction in labor costs and in an important acceleration in the delivery of orders in addition to a considerable improvement in the accuracy of these, thus reducing, almost to zero, the returns and improving in a important way the customer service quality.

At the time of a non-reading (NO READ). The logistics systems take one of three actions:

  • They stop the conveyor line where the non-reading occurred.
  • Through the tracking system, they divert the object to a rejection zone.
  • They recirculate the object to be read again.

 In all cases, and especially when it comes to the packing phase or delivery to the dispatch dock, this situation may delay the departure of a load or may cause an order to be incomplete with the administrative inconvenience that implies. One of the possible solutions for this problem is to take a photo at the time of reading in order to more easily identify the objects that failed at the time of reading.
